You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered or made available for collection to initiate a return. Please note that certain exclusions may apply, so it is important to review our policy carefully. For returns originating from Australia, a fee of $8.99 (AUD) will be deducted from your total refund amount. All returns are fully trackable to ensure secure processing and to provide you with peace of mind throughout the return process.
30 Days to Return
Customers have 30 days to return an order order was delivered or made available for collection to initiate a return. To initiate a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please ensure that the return is packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
